RevBoost provides AI-powered review generation tools and reputation management services for local businesses. We utilize third-party AI models (Google Gemini) to provide content suggestions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate fake or misleading reviews.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorized scraping or data collection.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

RevBoost is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
